Just thought I throw a Madden question out there.

What team are you going to play with and why?

I was pretty good with Buffalo and will continue to use them especially with the MOBILE QB in J.P.

The Bills. What planet are you from? Do you know the type of people you're asking here? :D

Actually, I usually start out with the Bills and play a season on an easy setting to get the feel of the game. Then I play a few years with a different franchise to get the hang of the franchise/owner mode. Usually it's the Seahawks or the Lions. Don't ask.

Then I get to the real <img src='images/smilies/censored.gif'>. I play like 20 years with the Bills and build a team that can make several runs at the Super Bowl. All-Madden level is hard though. You really have to play real football to win games.

I like to play as the Dolphins. Start out real good then suck ass in November and December. Madden is as real as it gets.

Are you kidding? I always play with the Bills in Owner Mode. But I tweak the roster a bit. I'll trade for a young polished center like Jeff Faine, an excellent #3 receiver and returner in Antwaan Randle El, and several others. I usually begin in All-Pro, which I find very fair to both the computer and person playing, and I'll switch to All-Madden, once I can pretty much conquer All-Pro. But All-Madden is tough!

I'll play with the original Bills roster for one season. And then I'll cut/trade the entire team for the leagues WORST players. I get a kick out of beating the game with the worst players. :gap:

I always played franshise with the Bills, but used a different team online.

This year, I actually think I will use the Bills online. They have speed on offense, something last years team didnt.

With Moulds, Evans, Reed, and Shaw it will make for a good WR group. Henry and McGahee will be very good as well. The OL probably will be rated low, but I can work with that as long as I get rid of the ball quick.

Bledsoe is so good when I can think for him and make decisions for him in the game.

Our Defense will be nasty in this years madden.

If it's online, I'd probably take Seattle or the Chiefs. Or possibly the Colts.

I'd play as the Bengals. They're not too good.... but not bad either. And not too many people play as the Bengals so I get to enjoy being original.

I play with the Bills first obviously, than my next favorite teams to use are the Eagles (TO and the Freak!), and Falcons because of Vick.

BTW, I'm looking forward to the matchup in my franchise vs the Ravens. Jamal Lewis is gonna be hard to contain.

More than likely i will use the Lions online only because there a challenge to be and tests your skills, i also like Charles Rogers he is one of my favorite players. In franchises i usually pick whatever team jumps out at me which could be anything and for fantasy drafts i pick for coaches and uniforms.

The Bills are going to be tough this year on madden. If you throw in J.P. as mobile QB that will make their offense even better. I know he is not going to be like VICK, but if you play MADDEN those mobile QB's can be a headache!

I actually had my best game ever using the Lions last year. It was crazy. Harrington to Rogers all day. Rogers had like 500 yards recieving and 8 TD's! Also, I beat the madden favorite... the Falcons and Vick.

you must be able to run the ball online. I use Green Bay with much success. I played a ranked guy, and lost like 77-70 or something. But, Ahman Green had 399 yards!


I almost always pick Buffalo, though. Great defense, and running game. And, you can put Moulds anywhere and have a mismatch.
Lee Evans will have great games if they do him justice.

I can contain VICK. Just pick balanced D. Just keep fast players on the field. Then, spread the line, and make him go to the right. His mechanics will be off so just be REALLY ready for the run. He is still going to sting you, but, you can usually force turnovers and HURT HIM.

Franchise/ owner mode is so damn addictive, too. Coaching staff, training staff, stadium sponsors, food prices. incredible.

also, fantasy draft is pretty cool if you are in a franchise. It doesn't matter to me what team I get, because I play quite a few seasons. By, the time I'm done with a franchise, I've moved, changed the team name, got a new stadium, and my roster is full of fictional players that you get through the draft.



I don't think I've posted this much for one topic before. Can ya tell I like Madden?
