Jones Jr vs Tarver II

Gonna be a good one.

Jones Jr barely eeked out a decision against Tarver in October.

Jones Jr dropped a ton of weight just to make the fight happen and it took a large toll. He was coming off the John Ruiz heavyweight fight so he had to drop from 200lbs to 170-something. Jones Jr weared easily and often fell against the ropes where Tarver landed some devastating punches. Almost cost him the fight.

I think Jones should win easily this time around since he's had over a half a year to adjust to his usual fighting weight.

Anyone gonna get the PPV?

I'll be purchasing this one. Unfortunately, I think it'll be a quick one. Roy has had a while to get used to being back at 175. Loosing 25lbs as he did for his last fight can take quite a toll on the body and stamina. I actually think he looked sickly in his last fight with Tarver. I think he will purposefully punish Tarver for about 4 rounds then knock him out in the 5th.
