Brian Lara set a new record score in Test cricket as West Indies batted England out of the fourth Test.
The Trinidadian left-hander faced 546 deliveries, hitting 42 fours and four sixes, setting a new mark just over two hours into the third day.
The feat came on the same ground where he hit a then record 375, also against England, in 1994.
Last October, Australia's Matthew Hayden overtook Lara's previous mark by hitting 380 against Zimbabwe.
Lara equalled Hayden's score by lofting spinner Gareth Batty over long-on for six and then topped the mark with a swept four past fine leg.
Lara, who resumed the day 313 not out, shared an unbroken partnership of 261 with Ridley Jacobs, who hit a century himself to leave the home side 730-5 at lunch.
The West Indies captain went to the break 10 runs short of an unprecedented Test 400.
Lara said it was hard to believe that he had achieved the feat for a second time.
