If all teams stand "pat", which most likely won't happen, here is what I see happening:
1 - San Diego - QB Eli Manning
2 - Oakland - OT Robert Gallery
3 - Arizona - WR Larry Fitzgerald
4 - NY Giants - QB Ben Roethlisberger
5 - Washington - DE Kenechi Udeze
6 - Detroit - TE Kellen Winslow Jr.
7 - Cleveland - FS Sean Taylor
8 - Atlanta - WR Roy Williams
9 - Jacksonville - DE Will Smith
10 - Houston - DT Tommie Harris
11 - Pittsburgh - QB Philip Rivers
12 - NY Jets - CB DeAngelo Hall
13 - Buffalo - WR Mike Williams
*I believe that the Bucs or 49ers will do all in their power to trade up into the Top 12 to get one of the Top 3 receivers. If one of the receivers is on the board when the Jets pick, I have a funny feeling they'd swap picks with one of these teams, just so the Bills can't pick up another offensive weapon. If this happens, I see the Bills trading down as well.*

And I see the rest of the first round going as follows, barring no trades:
14 - Chicago - DT Randy Starks
15 - Tampa Bay - DT Vince Wilfork
16 - San Francisco - WR Reggie Williams
17 - Cincinnati - CB Chris Gamble
18 - New Orleans - CB Dunta Robinson
19 - Minnesota - LB D.J. Williams
20 - Miami - OT Shawn Andrews
21 - New England - RB Stephen Jackson
22 - Dallas - RB Kevin Jones
23 - Seattle - DE Marquise Hill
24 - Denver - TE Ben Troupe
25 - Green Bay - WR Michael Clayton
26 - St. Louis - LB Karlos Dansby
27 - Tennessee - OG Vernon Carey
28 - Philadelphia - CB Derrick Strait
29 - Indianapolis - LB Jonathan Vilma
30 - Kansas City - CB Will Poole
31 - Carolina - CB/S Matt Ware
32 - New England - WR Rashaun Woods

Pretty good list, but I'd expect Atlanta to take Mike Wiliams over Roy Williams, especially if he has a good day on the 8th.

I agree I doubt the Bills pick at 13 this year. They either trade up for a player that begins to slide or trade down if no one slides. Its possible the available players between 12-20 wont be at positions of major need for the Bills ( LB, RB, DT CB)

I see Atlanta taking Mike Williams because they already have a speed reciever in Price to stretch the field. Mike Williams could be more of a big possession guy for them (ala Michael Irvin). I'm not sure if he was utilized as a downfield threat at USC or not but I don't think he has the speed to be a downfield reciever. I would personally prefer the Bills to pick up Roy Williams because of his speed. We already have a big #1 reciever, we need to pick up a speed guy

i was also thinking that Mike Williams is friends with Rich McKay. If all other things are equal, I'd see McKay taking MW.

Don't get me wrong, I'd like Roy W. over Mike W. as well. However, I only see us getting Roy if we trade up. And Mike may not have the speed or 40 times, but his production CAN NOT be ignored.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I hope my mock is wrong for 1 Big Reason! And that is because the Patsies would be getting Stephen Jackson and Rashaun Woods. If they could create offense with Antowain Smith and subpar wide receivers, what could they do with those two? I don't even want to begin to think!

1 - San Diego - QB Eli Manning
2 - Oakland - WR Larry Fitzgerald (Classy player going to crap team... :( )
3 - Arizona - TE Kellen Winslow*** (McGahee type shocker)
4 - NY Giants - QB Ben Roethlisberger (or if they go Gallery we're golden... pitt moves up)
5 - Washington - Udeze or Harris
6 - Detroit - RB Steven Jackson
7 - Cleveland - OT Robert Gallery
8 - Atlanta - FS Sean Talor
9 - Jacksonville - Udeze if avail or Smith
10 - Houston - Udeze or Harris
11 - Pittsburgh - QB Philip Rivers
12 - NY Jets - WR Roy Williams
13 - Buffalo - WR Mike Williams
Here's mine ^ That's really tough... Detroit could go so many ways, but I then look at GM Matt Millen and I go with the dumb pick :D There will definately be trades.

Mike Williams WR USC 95rec/1314yds/16TD
Troy Edwards Lou. Tech 140rec/1996yds/27TD
David Terrell, Desmond Howard, and Michael Westbrook all had awesome stats too (though I can't find them online... sorry). Mike Williams just might not have the speed... gotta look at more than production.

You just contradicted yourself by throwing in Desmond Howard. If I'm not mistaken, he's a speed receiver. And he couldn't get it done in the pros. So either way, there's no guarantee that the receiver selected will live up to his potential.

Howard didn't put up great stats. He had like 900 recieving yards his last year. He had bust written all over him.
USC plays tougher competition than LA tech

That's not a contradiction at all... my point was that Howard had enough production in College to win the Heisman trophy and did little in the pro's outside of special teams. My overall point is that we need to be wary of assuming production in college equals production in the Pro's

NO WAY Atlanta takes a WR. They signed Dez White, and have too many holes on D. They need to trade down fill out their secondary and DL, otherwise I see tham taking Harris, Udeze or Wilfork.
