Okay,
SD switches 1st rd w/ ARI and gets 3rd, and 2nd in 2005
OAK switches 1st rd w/ NYG and gets 3rd, and 2nd in 2005
WAS switches 1st rd w/ HOU and gets 2nd rounder
PIT switches 1st rd w/ SF and gets 2nd rounder, gives SF a 5th
PIT switches the SF 1st rd w/ IND and gets additional 2nd rounder
MIN trades 1st rd to BUF for 2nd and 1st in 2005
SEA switches 1st rd w/ CAR and gets 3rd and 5th rounders

I have a second round, but don't feel like posting now. I think trading away next years 1st if Rivers is available would be nice. He'll develop for a year, and be like our 1st rounder in next years draft, a la Ravens and Kyle Boller.

Instead of trading up to get Rivers, why not trade down with Minnesota, grab Rivers at #19, Rashan Woods at #43, and Jake Grove with Minnesota's second round pick (for moving up). We don't need another DE, after using our second round picks on that position each of the last three years.

Great thought put into this, but the one guy I, as a Bills fan, really don't want is Will Smith. I know he was great in college, bu I don't think that will translate to the pros. I'm not claiming to be a scout or anything, but I was upset when we drafted Flowers and last year, I said on draft day that the guy I don't want is Kelsay, and who'd we get and what did he do? Everyone I don't want at DE we seem to draft so Smith is a real possibility here.

We've spent our second round pick each of the last three years on DE, and our first the year before that. Let's give either Denney or Kelsay a chance to develope and fill one of our many other holes (OL/WR/QB/TE).
