how does this change things if the court order in favor of the NFL and Mike Williams is not allowed in the Draft along with Mo Clarett

It means Roy Williams has NO chance to fall to us.

It's gonna be Phillip Rivers anyways at #13.

Well Roy Williams won't fall to us anyway.

And I don't think the court will reverse their ruling. If they do they will absolutely screw Williams and Clarett over, because they won't be able to go back to college. The court cant just make them eiligible and rule on it twice....and then these kids go out and get an agent to serve them, and then reverse their ruling only to screw the players over.

It won't happen. M. Williams and Clarett will be in teh draft this year.

Unless the NFL was holding back in the first trial then there is a very slim chance that the ruling will be reversed. I've heard rumours (sorry no link) that the NFL is trying to add the "Draft Rule" to the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the players union which would stop the entering of soph.'s and freshmen

if they can't get in the draft it is the risk they took.

they have already entered the draft and no matter what the ruling is, they will be there. I heard in on the radio and ESPN I think. Regardless, I'm pretty sure they'd be protected under an ex post facto law.

MIKE WILLIAMS WILL BE IN THE DRAFT REGARDLESS OF THE COURT RULING. Bank on it.
