These crack me up. Anyone else gotten these lately?

Yep. Got one over the weekend. The only difference being that the "Yahoo.com" portion was changed to the domain of my company e-mail.

It makes you wonder about the mutants who come up with this stuff. Couldn't something more productive be accomplished with the time?

Well, Yahoo is web-based, so a spam filter on my end wouldn't do any good. Yahoo does have them, but no filter is 100% foolproof.

For yahoo you're supposed to forward the email to spoof@yahoo.com

True. But, even then, someone will always find a way around the filters, especially when they are trying to deliver a virus. There is only so much that a mail host can do.
