Shucks, I thought I had that won.

So anyway, I'm up for some good ole' rivalry arguing with my best hick friends, the Bills fans.

How did it feel to get swept? You must have felt that horrendous stomach pain that every fan feels when they lose to their ultimate rival. On the other hand, it felt that much sweeter for us Dolphins fans. What made it even sweeter was that the games were blowouts. 17-7, 20-3... your offense scored a total of 3 points between the two games. Can you say SHUT... DOWN?

How did it feel to go 6-10 after all that "sure-fire" preseason talk about going 12-4, 13-3 with the AFC East crown? Last place again guys? Come on... you fellas couldn't even finish infront of the Jets who were without their starting QB for half the season?

You guys beat ONE team all year long who finished with a winning record, which was against the Pats in week 1. Hell, that victory shouldn't even count considering the romping they gave you at the end of the season. A Lawyer Milloy caused fluke. The year before that in 2002, besides the Dolphins (with Ray Lucas playing), you guys didn't beat a single team with a winning record either. I'm no NFL expert, but I think if you guys have Super Bowl dreams you're going to have to be a little more competitive than that.

I hope you guys all have fun next year. I hope Drew Bledsoe can rebound from his worst year in his professional career. I hope no-name Pittsburgh offense coordinator (who's offense was ranked 22nd last year, CAN'T EVEN HANDLE ONE SIDE OF THE BALL LET ALONE TWO!) guides you to your miraculous Super-Bowl victory!

With a little luck, maybe you guys can get back to 8-8 again!

Well, that should do it. I look foward to this offseason and remember this is all in good fun.

All this coming from a fan of a team who can't finish the deal. Gonk, i'll summarize what the Dolphins have done the past two years in a little analogy for ya. The dolphins go to the bar and pick up this real hot number(begining of the year), everyone is envious.. So the conversation starts to heat up, and she wants it, she wants it real bad (begining to middle of the season). She starts becoming agressive and tries to make her move on you, but of course you start cowering and run out of the bar, and never get there either...(the long cold months of november and december) and before you know it your sitting at home dreaming of getting the girl while all you can do about is hear how your friend "PAT" sealed the deal. So what do you do? You call Bill and laugh at him, for not sealing the deal, and yet you feel better about yourself because you start to slowly forget that you suck too :bv

There is nothing wrong with giving credit where credit is due. Also, he did go to the Super Bowl in 1984 but the Dolphins lost to the 49ers.

Every season since I began watching football, everyone picks the Phins to be in the playoffs. During Sept., everyone's power rankings have Miami in the top 5.
