should i drop bonzi wells for eric williams?

Do it. Since Williams' move to Cleveland, his minutes have gone up from just over 23 to over 30 a game, while Bonzi has dropped his minutes a lot in Memphis, playing just under 24 a game there. Williams is a more active 3 point shooter and his team looks to him for offence more than Memphis has been with Bonzi.

Picked up Bosh on waivers which was huge.

i did it , the key for me was wells turns the ball over way more than williams

And Hubie doesn't give him minutes. His shot attempts, steals, rebounds and points per game are all down since the move to Memphis. All of Williams' are up since his move to Cleveland.
