My guess is Bolts got dressed possibly for more displine. With all the penalties it never became a factor.
My biggest coaching question came late in 2nd period when the Sabres got the PP with 2 minutes and change left after the Rangers were all over them. I thought Lindy should have used his timeout and attempted to put them away.
