It's not that easy. The only thing considered a "stud" in this draft at DE is Kenechi Udeze who will be long gone at 13. FAcy is where we need to find a DE IMO.

Wistrom should come at a reasonable price.

I agree 100%. Unless we feel that we have a real shot at Udeze, I'd say go for Wistrom, drop 5 spots in the draft and grab Vernon Carey, Guard U. Of Miami. That way we kill 2 birds with one stone

Udeze will be gone by 13. Look at how Michael Haynes and Jerome McDougle's stock rose on draft day. Bottom line is that everyone could use another pass rusher.
Two options that I like:
If New England is looking to replace Antwoine Smith, 13 is the right spot for either Kevin Smith or Stephen Jackson. A trade down for the 21st pick would work, possible packaging the 32nd in the deal as well.
If Cincinnati is able to get a 1st or 2nd for Corey Dillon, that would be a good trade down option as well. Marvin Lewis may want to jump up to get Jonathan Vilma if he doesn't think he'll be there when the Bengals pick.
Anyway we could get two 1st rounders out of the deal is obviously preferrable.

I wouldn't give you a 1-2 for Dillon.... They will cut him anyways....

You might not, but some team will. Cincinnati won't cut a RB in his prime and make the same mistake that Washington did with Stephen Davis.

He's 29 and turns 30 during the season. His best days are behind him, although he could be productive for another 4 years or so. That is why nobody will trade youth (picks) for him like a 1st or 2nd....
The S.Davis move by Washing ton was dumb because they had no talent behind him. That is a mistake!
Dillon has a personality problem with the coach, and will be moved for whatever they can get for him before they cut him in June for cap freedom.

Agreed to a point. Dillon won't be cut. He's not on the downside, like Eddie George clearly is. Maybe he won't net a second, but he'll get something.
