Looking over the posts here today the vitriol against a good team of good guys is unbelievable. I have tried to be mostly civil during my few posts, but its as if the only way you can survive the winter is to root against the Pats and call them unspeakable names. So we know you're all gonna be bigtime Panthers fans. And in the event they win, you can all meet at the anchor and get fatter and drunker than usual then go to sleep till draft day and wake up to another big bills debacle. Cheeers Boston Tim

A Patriot fan, coming over to the Buffalo message board, when we're out of the playoffs and have been since mid season, to tell us we're obsessed right after his own team won the Conference Championship. Does anyone else see the irony in this?

BostonTim doesn't speak for all Mass residents I am one ). He may be a nice guy but he overanalyzes in my opinion. Objectively, the Pats are overachievers, largely because they have a good coaching staff. Brady is an average QB who has been in a "good fit" last 3 years. They have lousy running backs and the defense, whcile not intimidating, is better than most ( probably because of the coaching, again). Nice
cinderella team"!
Wil they score against Carolina?

I for one am happy that just a handful of Patsie fans are showing up. They should be out in hordes ripping us apart. Year in year out, we pick up their garbage thinking that it's gold. In the meantime, players like Brady and Harrison are making plays well into the post-season.
Our season lasted one game. The first game. We blew our nut and not even Viagra could have got us pointed up. Let's go sign Woody! Let's pay way too much for him and realize too late that his replacement is actually better than him. Something I'm quite sure Belicheck already knows.
Belicheck is no poker player. He told Milloy and the whole league that he was replaceable and by a rookie at that. What do we do? Let's throw millions at him. He said the same thing about Bledsoe and proceeded to have prison sex with our front office in the form of extortion. End result - loss of a first round pick. Gee, maybe we could have drafted that safety that replaced Milloy.
Bottom line, we are the Patriot's bitches. They own us! Call out Boston Tim for coming in here?????? Nah. I am just happy to limp back into my cell of Buffalo Bills Football. Any draft news?

I really don't mean to hurt your feelings but I just feel so compelled to. Everyone should be able to voice their opinions, however, your posts are consistently asinine and quite easily the most baseless I have read. Aren't you the same person who praised Bledsoe ALL year long? Wake up and look at the facts and try to be logical.
By the way, New Bedford is the armpit or Massachusetts.

I actually am rooting for the patriots, at least I have been ever since the Bills were eliminated. I root for all AFC east teams. I know more about those teams than any others. I would just as soon have the AFC east rated the strongest division. However, sometimes the crap on these boards is making me want to change my mind. But the slinging is going both ways without much worth reading (probably including my endless dribble).
Its getting to the point where I read the openning thead post and close it because more often than not its just endless blather....
Anyway - I think I am still depressed about our season..... So I will shut up and take a vacation for awhile.
Good luc Patriots... Be the superbowl champs so the bills can clearly beat the best team next year....

What's wrong with disliking a division rival? For Buffalo to get back to the prominence we had in the early 90s we've got to get past the Patriots, so I think it's only natural to hope that the wheels come off Belichick's team while we get better.
BTW, since I don't drink, nothing the Patriots do can send me to a bar.

OF course we are all going to be big time Panthers fans. If it were the Bills in the Super Bowl you would be rooting your arse off for the Panthers too. It's called being a fan.

Boston Tim why don't you crawl back under your rock and keep the other Tim, Wakefield company.
I hope the Panthers rip the Pathetics a new a-hole. I'd love to see Julius Peppers stuff a ball down Tom Brady's throat, better yet I'd like to see DeShaun Foster run right over Tedy Bruschi.
Best of all the Patriots joyride comes to an end after this season. Charlie Weis and Romeo Crennel will more than be picked up by other teams (Raiders) so all those 'part time' Patriot fans, such as Boston Tim, can go back into hibernation until the Red Sox make another pathetic attempt at the AL East Crown!
Suck an egg you lame Boston sports fan!

Mr Giraffe, New Bedford is an aging Eastern seaboard industrial town trying to renew itself ( it likely has many economic similarities to Buffalo) by adapting tothe "new economy" but I like it here.
You are certainly entitled to your opinion abut it and me ( are you from Newton?) and are equally entitled to comtinue your anti Bledsoe stance. it won't change one thing about how I feel and how I wil post.
I wil continue to defend Drew because, as a sports fan, I am entitled to have favorite players and toact accordingly!
Shouldn't you be on a Pats board? This is "hardcore Bills talk"

I, for one, seek no sympathy nor solace from Bills fans on their own board. I can fully understand their hatred of the Pats. I would hate them too.
Actually, I like the Bills fans who give it right back. While I currently don't hate the Bills (The Jets get all my hate), I certainly don't overly like them. I do personally admire Bledsoe (not for his playing ability, lol) and Mr. Wilson is the true definition of an owner with class.
But to come to a Bills board and not expect to be the enemy is kinda too much to ask.
Anyways, keep on hating the Pats and keep on supporting the Bills. It's what makes it all worthwhile.

yes, you're quite right. Plus we've got to get past the Jets, and the Dolphins as well.

Maybe Kelly could carry Brady's rings though. I think Tom's hands are getting heavy and Kelly has.... let's see....I believe the number is zero as in 0-4.

its not fair to match up Kelly or Marino to Mr.Brady thay
played over 20 years and never won what Mr.Brady did
in 3 years.
