I wonder how much better our team would have been if the Bills picked up Marvin Lewis instead of GW?

Actually who really cares. The Bills, their QB, and their coaching staff make me feel very sad. Too bad our defense can't get any help from our patheic offense.

Does drew ONLY look at his hot receiver? Josh Reed was wide open in the endzone. Sad. Nice vision. Time for some glasses.

Watching paint dry is more amusing than watching the Bills offense play.

I think it's time to start watching the Bengals, at least they have confidence and can score TD's.

Wonder how Takeo feels about the fact that the bungholes have a better record than the Bills. He leaves and they start selling out games and winning. He must be pretty pissed. I would kill to have Jon Kitna and Marvin Lewis right now. I never thought I'd say that.

Especially considering they are tied for 1st place with Ravens. Poor Takeo.

Well I like it when people say something and then back it up. The bengals did what several other teams should have done all year long. Namely beat an average ballclub. I mean lets look. at some of their wins
Chiefs 17-Ravens 10: without dante chiefs lose
Chiefs 24- Horsies 23: another kickoff return
Chiefs 36-Pack 33: If Greenbay holds onto the ball another loss
Chiefs 17- Raiduhs 10: A game of inches
Bengals 24-Chiefs 19: Well the luck runs out.

This is not to take anything away from the chiefs as a win is a win and vermiel-if he should choose to stay retired long enough- should get a spot in Canton- is a brilliant coach. If the Bills had signed on Vermeil in 2001 we would have sucked in 2001 and 2002 but we would probably be 9-1 right now. Just something to think about. :shakehead

Seriously though, Marvin Lewis was a godsend for us. I kind of slunk away from here when you guys got Bledsoe instead of us, and was downright pissed when TKO left here for Buffalo. I guess this has come full circle.

He didn't, Chad Johnson and Peter Warrick are making him look good. Seriously, Lewis said at his press conference that he told Kitna he was the starter for the year and to not worry about the guy behind him. Kitna said that meant a lot to him and he began to play within himself, rather than "trying to score two TD's on one play." Kitna's a good manager of a game when his running game is going and his receivers are catching, something he didn't have consistently in his first two years here.
