Today is my birthday and yesterday the raiders almost gave me a victory. I have been waiting 6 weeks for a win and finally the raiders came close enough to start to think about one but then they played the way they have all year...stupid...well at least they have given me a good draft pick to look forward to.

The problem with the Raiders is they are a very old team as the NFL is viewed. They need to start over with younger players and go from there. The dominance of the Raiders will not be here at least for the next few years IMO.
