I named it after a small Canadian town/city on the shores of Frobisher Bay

The Iqualuit

Glass full of snow

3 ozs of scotch

1.5 ozs of amaretto

I came up with the drink when I left the sauna at a cottage in the middle of winter to go get a beer - all the beer was gone. There was no ice so I filled a glass with snow - and the rest is history

Tip: If the snow is yellow - don't use it.

That's a great recipe I shall have to try it sometime. BTW excellent tip :D

Kneewalker

16oz glass with ice

2oz light rum
2oz 151 rum
2 oz triple sec
1oz galliano

Add to glass

Fill with OJ and splash of grenadine

Shake...Shake...Shake....

I served this at a bar I owned called "KNEEWALKERS"

PS...DO NOT DRINK MORE THAN THREE ......without kneepads

Trust me!!!!!

Closest drink I've had to your kneewalker is a half bottle of Jack Daniels and 1 can of coke.

I had that after a night of bar hopping in Fort Lauderdale. Did I ever sleep well that night.
