The Mavs pick up Antoine Walker for Raef LaFrentz in a five player trade.

Wow, the Mavs look to be really good on paper this year with Dirk, Steve Nash, Michael Finley, Antawn Jamison, and now Antoine Walker. I think they will win the NBA Championship with the team they have now.

Mavs are stacked, with players fighting for Points now. Walker was a point hound in Boston, now he fights with Dirk, Nash, and Finley. I don't like the fit, unless he commits to winning

Yes too bad for Walker though. All his stats wil easily be cut in half, it was a 2 man show in Boston, here is a wanna be laker dynasty. Oh well Dallas still won't do anything, they have no Big man now to compete with Shaq and Duncan, keep trying MAVS.....

it will be good for the mavs but walker wont like it so much at first. he wont be the star of the team. his stats wont be as impressive this year but whatevr. they will own there division if all those stars can come toghether and play as a team.

This would be a good time for the Raptors to swing a deal with the Mavericks.

Trade Antonio Davis for Antawn Jamison.

The Mavericks have an abundance of scoring power but Davis could offer both scoring and insurance in case Nowitzki goes down with an injury.

Jamison (drafted by the Raptors and traded to Golden State for Carter) could rejoin Carter (both from the 1998 NCAA Championship Tarheel team).
