So last week I had a mouse in my recycling bin. It was trying to jump out but just couldn't make it.

We got a mouse caught in our washing machine at work, and it got washed. You would be surprised how far a dead, washed, trapped mouse will stretch before it comes apart into two pieces.

I saw the tiniest lizard in the park last weekend. It was about the size of the 'enter' key on your keyboard.

We have lizards all around our house and in our neighborhood. For 2 months after moving in, I thought I was seeing things. A guy in the 50's had a pet shop about 5 blocks away. He sold exotic animals, including these little lizards. When he died, his wife let all the animals go. Since that time, they lizards have thrived in about a 10 block area. They're harmless.

I used to try and catch skinks that we found in the garden when I was a kid. You'd grab one by the tail and it would break off, and later on you'd find all the skinks growing new tails.

Ours breed pretty good. My neighbor's renovating a house on the other side of town, and he's been catching some in our neighborhood to transplant them to his. Those he took over last summer have survived and bred. I still haven't figured out why he's doing it.

So what did you do with your tail collection? My collection of tail was rather different when I was young :D

I find that fresh tail is much more fun than old tail.

I am a one at a time man myself. Keep 'em miles apart from each other. And never the twain shall meet - I hope :D

This board is soooo whacked. A thread about a mouse should never get so far off topic. There are other, more lame boards, where a thread on a rodents would stay on rodents for pages . . .

Should I merge this with the Yard Rat cloning and prehistoric yard rat thread? And should I set up another thread where Henry and I can discuss the merits of having all your totty at once or keeping the two totties seperate?
Or would you rather I brought it back to washed and disintegrating mice?

Well, any rat comments might be taken amiss by Yardrat, and as for women - Hell hath no fury like a BogusTrumper scorned :D
So I stick to mice, and Henry is not here to contine the two totty debate.

I've pulled several mice out from the pond in my wife's garden--they don't last too long in water.
Frogs do, though :D.
