with all this Rush hysteria, lets address the topic from which the comment came.

Personally the past few years I would have said Jason Seahorn, but now since he's been out so has the hype.

Right now I think it's Jeremy Shockey, Peerless Price, and Micheal Vick.

Shockey only had two touchdowns last year, and all of a sudden he's being touted as the best thing since sliced bread. Just ask his fantasy owners about his offensive prowess.

Peerless was labled as a game-breaker, but is hardly a guy that can get an offense going by himself, even with a decent quarterback (yes I mean Johnson).

Vick is the best quarterback ever, at running the ball. His passer rating was an average to below average at 81.6 (19th). Less than 3,000 yards passing, and 20th in passing touchdowns with 16. Even if you included his rushing numbers to his passing numbers, he wouldn't be top 5 (7th-9th) in yards or touchdowns.

while i'm on the topic (sort of) the most underrated aspect of a team hype-wise is the O-line. The best two lines in football are the Chiefs and Vikings. Those teams are doing pretty well. Just thought I'd add that while im on my 'soap box'.

What do you think?

Congrats, and I disagree with Culpepper. Though Frerotte played well in his absence, he's what fuels them, like McNabb, but with a rocket arm, and a linebackers body running at you. I think Ray Lewis is the most overrated

For the past decade, those of us who have held an affinity for the Minnesota Vikings have insisted on Brett Favre. We will continue to do so, all the way to his first-year induction at Canton.
