Who's going to be the starter by the end of the year. Miller had another good game making 30 saves in a 2-2 tie.

He'll get a shot if I know Marty. By December Lindy will be fed up with his constant inconsistency and look to Mika first, then Miller.

That is, of course, if Mika doesn't beat him out for the job at the start.

If Marty is still inconsistent by December, Ruff and Regeir won't be around.

Has Mika played well enough to even get consideration for the starting job? From what I have heard Biron has played the best of all the goalies so far.

With as tight as Golisano was with regards to giving Satan a deal I can't see him eating the remainder of Darcy's deal and almost all of the extension that they just gave to Ruff.

If they miss the playoffs there will likely will be a shakeup, but I'm guessing it won't involve Darcy and Lindy as much as it involves the roster once again and the people around Darcy and Lindy.

Judging from the 5 goals against on 24 shots against the Hawks, I'd say no.

And I'd give the edge in the preseason to Miller right now. But since Miller is waiver exempt and Noronen isn't, they'll start the year like they started it last year with Biron and Noronen 1,2 in Buffalo and Miller as the workhorse in Rochester.

That's totally wrong in my opinion, Jim Bob. Quinn has already said that if the team doesn't make the playoffs this season, there will be concequences. I don't see that being another gutting of the roster considering how Ruff and Regier are saying that they have scoring power now, a much deeper roster than last year, etc. You can't just gut the team every other year.

If they don't make the playoffs, the only guy I see that MIGHT stick around is Regier. His contract is a reason, and he has brought in some upper end talent for Ruff.

Lindy will be gone for sure if they don't make the playoffs AGAIN without the Dominator.

Another poor start by Mika, it seems. I had faith in this guy, I was wrong. Admittidly, I haven't seen them play yet, other than practice highlights. Can't wait for the opener.
