I like Chris Drury, but not at the price of Rhett Warrener. I would've dealt Mckee.

Well Calgary didn't want McKee for Drury. They wanted Warrener.

So would you have just kept Warrener and passed up on a GREAT oppurtunity to sign our 1st line centerman in Drury?

I like this deal, Chis Drury is a solid player, however we will miss Warreners presence on the point. I think this deal happend due to Rhett's recent injury and concussion problems.

I think there will be one more deal including one of our goalies in exchange for a physical defensman or a tough-guy / grinder type forward.

I'm starting to get excited about next year. Just what the ownership group wanted.

I like this trade too. Drury is our replacement for Peca (Finally!!!). Warrener is a heck of a player, but I'm grieving the loss of Ballard more - he has the chance to be special. I'd expect 2-3 more FA acquisitions including a replacement for Rhett.
