My McGahee Theory - Trade bait for 04 draft

I bet TD made this selection to use McGahee as trade bait for next years draft. If all goes well with Willis' rehab, there may be a team in the top 5-10 next year willing to give their choice up for him. TD is a very sneaky guy, I can see this situation unfolding.

yeah but Bills had some needs THIS year. Were only 8-8 and have holes to fill.

WM isn't the bait, TH is. Just liek Deuce and Ricky. WM at the level he was lat year, pre injury, is better then TH. That's the bottom line, whether you like it or not, WM is the perfect back. TH is a short banger, with a fumblign problem. (Still love him though). It's going to be TH that woudl be packaged, hsi extension was for one year, and it came cheap, making him even more valauble on the trade market.

We still have the 2nd round to come... we can still get a player that fits a need. Mathis, Dewayne White, Witten, Kelley Washington, Taylor Jacobs are all still on the board.

Forget that...TD made this trade to use TRAVIS HENRY as trade bait for next years draft. Henry is solid as a rodney hampton type back but he isn't the game breaker that McGahee is. I could see this unfold like the ricky williams - deuce mcallister situation but Henry isn't quite as talented as either deuce or ricky. all of the miami coaches think McGahee is better than Edgerrin James and Clinton Portis and it's just a matter of getting healthy now.

The 'holes' we have our TE, DE and safety. PP is going to start, unless Reese beats him out. They're both average, but oh well, that's why we broguht int TKO, Sam and Posey. Add in Marcus Jones, who's a big risk, but has to produce in the D is ok. Next is TE. Obviously we're going to pound the ball this year. Campbell and Moore are going to be hammers. TH is going to poud the ball with Gary giving hima breather. And WM, if not on IR coming on late in the season. We still could use another WR, we still have 6 more rounds to go. So all yuo naysayers calm down, we're not even out of the first round yet. Who knows, maybe we give Willis to the Raiders for their 2 picks. This day is far from over.
