AZ is looking to move out of the 6th spot in the draft, as they're looking for quantity as much as quality, according to Lenny P on ESPN. Anyone think putting together a package for AZ and moving up to 6 would be a good move? You're looking at one of the top dts there, immediate impact perhaps, after Kennedy and Suggs(de) go.

Sounds interesting, but doesn't sound like TD's style.

That pick would be to expensive for what we have to offer.

Oh yeah, trade Larry Centers back to Arizona along with our first round pick for their first round pick!

What? We cut Centers?

Nevermind....

Yeah Raidersfan--but your two firsts are at the end. They are basically second-rounders.

If Arizona is looking for D-line help they just might trade down. It is looking like Mr. Bidwell is really going Cheap this year.
He probably doesn't want to pay the price of a # six.

If we could move into there spot by trading a package of our 1 2 and 3 I would do it. But I'm not TD, and looking at his draft history I don't see him moving up that high.

BTW, I would do it because it puts us in a position to get either Kennedy or Robertson.

It would take at least two #1's to get up to #6, IMO, and I don't see TD wanting to try to pull that off. It's more his style to trade down and collect Top 50 picks.

# 6 is the best pick in the draft...by far. Reason: the first five picks are get huge contracts, mandated by the NFL. #6 is the first pick to fall substantially.

I like the idea of Kennedy but rather keep the 2 picks within the top 50 and a 3rd rounder. (I think the top 10 are special, the top 50 usually gets you a super-player, & the 1st 3 rounds is the next level). A point is that a single player can only play one position on the field but 2 top-50's gives a 2 player upgrade. Also, with a single pick, you could be unlucky and lose a lot. Maybe he is a (relative) bust, maybe he blows out a knee or gets hit by a taxi cab...... A lot of eggs in one basket.
