is never gonna get done in time with the pace its going at. one minute a pick is too fast and all day is too slow. Something that should have been done is like get the sn's of everybody so when they are on you could remind them its their pick i think things would have run more fluidly with that

It's hard to do when some peeps are at work. I also have a life so I can't be here all the time waiting for people to e-mail me their picks.
BTW, I have been PMing people when it's their turn to choose (5 picks in advance!) but they still don't do it. Even if they are online. Frankly, I think they just don't want to... :(
Why commit if you won't participate? I just don't understand.
