54 Killed in R.I. Nightclub Fire

WEST WARWICK, R.I. - A nightclub erupted into flames during a pyrotechnics display at a rock concert, killing at least 54 people and injuring more than 150 as mobs of concertgoers frantically rushed to escape the raging fire.

The '80s hard rock band Great White had just started playing Thursday night when giant pyrotechnic sparklers on stage began shooting up and ignited the ceiling above the band. Fox news is showing a tape of the concert just seconds before the place went up in flames.

Now they're saying 60 dead 164 injured....many critical and serious...anyway, if you watch the video someone took of the fire when it started, you'll notice a shot which I posted below in which some of the band members are still playing while the wall behind them is going up in flames...look at the bass player and lead guitarist...they're like, "<i>hey man, like that don't look right</i>!"...

I live right near there and been watching it on the news all mourning/night and the death toll is now 85 and alot of bodies still un accounted for still in the club this is horrible news.May god bless everyone involved...

I been watching it since 11pm when the news broke and I never been to the club but the national news caught on to it 2 hours later when they found out it was really serious.As of now 86 dead and counting this is really bad news....
