How about this-all participants in the mock draft pony up 50 chips into a pot--the "player" who correctly matches the most picks for the team they represent gets 50% of the pot, #2 and #3 get 25%??:D

Thats a good idea but a lot of us want to trade and most of the teams in the draft dont really trade.

But other than that i would put up 50 chips

I say we do a majority rules vote if 17 people want to do it than everyone has to do it

Good point. Maybe the idea should just be forgotten.
