What Canadian Singers do you listen to? Here are some of my favorites

1. Neil Young
2. Rush
3. The Tragically hip
4. Tom cochrane and Red Rider.

There aren't too many Canadians between 15-40 that don't like the hip. I'd rank Neil Young right up there with Bob Dylan and Bob Marley.

In addition, I enjoy The Cowboy Junkies, David Usher, Sarah Mc, and Hayden (indie singer/songwriter type - kind of mellow but definitely worth checking out).

And I like looking at Shania Twain and Diana Krall but don't care much for their sound.

I used to go see Treble Charger play in the basement of St.Mary's church at the bottom of Brant street in Burlington. That was like 10 - 12 years ago.

Oh, and I forget to mention Leonard Cohen who has produced some of the most beautifully poetic songs ever by a Canadian or any other nationality for that matter.

Well, I guess we just think like 40 year old women, Pucker. lol :wavey: I like Bryan Adams too. I was surprised at how many country music artists are Canadian.

Loverboy. Okay, just joking about them. The Hip is one of the best bands around now. OLP has has some good songs. BNL, um, well not my cup of tea, but they are popular.
