Labatt's in my opinion is the Best. Molson Brador, Golden and Carlsburgh along with Old Vienna are pretty good too. American beers dont even come close to these brews. :beerme: :chugga:

Let me think, Clearly the most popular beer is Molson Canadian followed by labatt blue. Kokanee is alright but not too populare. There is a nice beer called upper canada Creme ale, we have tso many beers i can't even count.

For some reason I just love that Brador. I used to make trips into Canada just to buy cases but then they started selling it at Beers of the World and I get it there now. I could swear that it tasted different when I had to drive a couple hours to get it ...

How about that Molson XXX stuff... WOW!

Brador has that great malty flavor I love. The XXX tastes much more harsh to me, like beer with a shot of grain alcohol dumped in it. But hand me one and I'll sure drink it.

Labatt's hand down. That and Hienakin (sp?) are the only beers I drink.... sometimes Molson.

Do they still have (SP?) Schooner Ale/ Beer? It was a brew with a pic of a ship on it.. yummmm!
My home town brewery (Koch's brewery pronounced Cook's) back in Dunkirk NY made Black Horse Ale as well as Koch's anniversary and Koch's Holiday beer. Anyone ever hear of them?

Canadian Bud is brewed by Molson in TO. I made boxes for them as a summer job while in University. Same as Coors light.

Not all American beer sucks Duff. The mass market stuff (Bud, Coors, Miller) are pretty bad but some of the smaller stuff is done well.
My three favorites right now (it changes if my local beer store gets different stuff) is anytihing from Saranac, anything from Magic Hat, and of course Labatt. Labatt is always on the list, I guess it reminds me of home.

I never did. Growing up in WNY Labatt and Genny were the beers I drank as a kid. Not many people drink it here in NJ so it stands out when I do.

I would have to agree with you. When I was in the Navy went to Halifax, Nova Scotia and believe it or not was one of the better ports I've been too. Moosehead was the drink for the night and seemed to get the job done!:)

Coors light is pretty popular up here. The difference is that in Canada it is brewed by Molson and is 3.5%. Canadian Bud is 4.9% I think.
Short of those two we don't lik American beer.
