They can't convince any bank in the world to loan them the 20 or 30 million they want because the Arena has lost money for the past 6 years so now they want the taxpayers to front him the money.

I mean, how good of an idea can he have for this money that he can't even convince any bank to loan it to him...and that's what they're in business for...to loan money to get it back with interest.

I say the local governments (city/county/state) can loan him the money if he puts up everything he owns as collateral and they charge him the going rate plus 2% for the added risk involved.
