Because we still are proud of the Glory Years and Bruce Smiths days with us. He will retire as a Bill, I can feel it. He still goes to reunions with the old gang.

Those grudges fade. Look at Thurman. If Spurrier feels that Bruce has outlived his multi-million dollar usefulness next year and Bruce needs a job with a club with some cap room that needs a pash-rush specialist, just wait and see how fast his grudge fades.
Especially if that club has a stadium full of fans that will rain the love down on him. Bruce needs that.

Bruce will play at least 2 more years- Bruce will end up with near 10 sacks this year- Washington needs him.

Bruce back with the Bills would be great!! He'd get a standing O from the 12th man if he were to come back for sure. I'll admit I was pissed to see him sign with the 'Skins, but we let him walk so I won't hold it against him.
