Did you folks know what DirecTV and the NFL are planning for next year? This year they chose the Philadelphia and Seattle markets to test out a new procedure. If you subscribe to the NFL Sunday Ticket and you subscribe to your local channels, the local channels dictate what games you'll see. By that I mean, since I am outside of the Buffalo market, I should be able to see every Bills game. But if the local CBS or FOX station decides to carry the game, then the NFL Channel is blacked out. This in itself isn't a problem, however, if the game is a blow out, either way, like the New England games this year, the local station will switch to another game. This is the part that's a problem to me. If the local station switches to another game and I want to continue to watch the Bills game, I can't switch to the NFL Channel to resume watching the game because it's still considered a blacked out game because the local station picked it up. I'm paying for the entire season, not the games some dweeb thinks I should watch.

Plus, it's not just the Bills who will be affected. Starting next year, all markets will fall under these rules now that the NFL has extended the contract with DirecTV. Don't let some white shirt decide for you, which game you should watch. Contact the NFL (www.nfl.com) and let them hear your voice that when you pay for NFL Sunday Ticket, you should get every snap, every quarter, every game until it is concluded (minus the local team black out rules for non-sell outs). I paid for every game, I think I should be able to watch every game until the final gun.

How come the Bills game isn't showing today? It said channel 708 in the preseason guides, but there is nothing on that channel today. If I don't get my game, I am done with Direct TV!!
