i think JP Dumont's days in Buffalo are numbered. He is not the same. He is always passing, never shooting anymore. They'll keep him in there untill Afinegenov comes back. Dumont has shown flashes of stardom, so they Sabres are going to have to take a long, hard look at him this season. If he doesn't progress, then the Sabres will have to trade him. Afinegenov could take Dumont's spot. You won't get much for Dumont. Just maybe a third or fourth round pick. Dumont better shape up and start taking more shots if he wants to say in Buffalo.

!- Half the team passes all the time instead of shoot. If a few of them actually shot the puck we might win few more close ones. So dont just blame Dumont. Hes just one in a group.
2- Afinegenov has potential, and when he comes back and is healthy, if Dumont hasnt progressed in any sense (if hes not rackin up points or +/- in any way) then either send Dumont out or down to Rochester
3- I think u could get more than a 3rd or 4th rounder, maybe get lucky and grab a diamond in the rough. :) but thats just my opinion.

I don't know what your talking about. Gratton has been shooting. Pyatt has been shooting. Satan shoots. Hecht shoots. Dumont is one of the only forwards who gets chances with his stickhandling ability. He needs to work on his shot. And ya can't frekin send him down to Rochester before clearing Waivers. And obviously some team would pick him off Waivers and we would get nothing for him. Please make a trade.
