NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Traffic monitoring cameras that catch red light runners on film can reduce the number of car crashes and resulting injuries, a study of one California town has found.

I saw some footage where a man and woman were caught on film, they were having sex while going through the intersection! lmao!
