Sorry about the non-football post, but this weekend, despite getting paid $50K, Shaquille O'Neal stiffed Tampa 3 consecutive days. First, he stiffed the Govenor in a dinner he committed to attending, then on Saturday, he stiffed a one day KIDS basketball camp and then yesterday he completed his disgraceful triumvirate stiffing out on a celebrity basketball game.
We know he has a toe problem, but he didn't even call the promoters or anyone connected to the event.
Kids parents paid $250 each to attend this event on saturday. I know this is completely off topic, but this really is terrible behavior.
He hasn't been heard from, but his representatives claimed that he had a 103 fever (the Bruce Smith flu I guess). Unfortunately, all of the phones must have been out of service at the O'neal mansion. What a piece of crap this guy is.
