and his 7th major in the last 11 (that is not a typo). The British Open is the next major - this could be serious sports history in the making.
I cant help but wonder that if Tiger DOES get the grand slam this year, will he lose some of his edge? It would make 9 of the last 13 in majors (including 4 in a row) and would be his 10th major overall, making him second only to Nicklaus' 18. With a grand slam achievement and STILL 8 majors to go to tie Jack, I could see even Tiger slumping at bit.
