I would guess that there might have been some posts if the D-Backs hadn't been "bombed" in each of the first two games of the series . . .:D

Actually, I have a suggestion for the D-backs. Late in the game, in addition to moving the first and third basemen closer to the foul lines to protect against extra base hits, they should move thier outfielders into the left and right field stands. It would put them in much better position to possibly catch the balls hit by the Yanks! :D

John,

As you probably know Yankee Haters only come out of the woodwork when something bad happens to the team. They latch onto any team that beats the Pinstripes and try to ride that. The D-Back fans just slide back into the ooze and look for another team to root for.

anybody that is a D-back fan and dosen't live in Arizona is the biggest bandwagon piece of garbage going! how could someone possibly have an attachement to the D-backs. i hate people who pretend to have been fans all along!

It's great that they've beat them the first two games of the series, but it's only June. We want the D-Backs in Oct.

BTW, nice pitching by the Unit in the first game, not. First pitch homered by a rook. lol.

Go Yanks!

I kind of thought Billsman would be interested in this series , but he has been absent from the discussion. :D

I guess that's the thing about the Yankees, Social - you may love them or you may hate them, but there is a lot of interest when they play and always a lot of fannies in the seats . . .
