Here's kind of a cool riddle. If you know the answer to it PLEASE DON'T post it and ruin it for others. A simple 'I got it' or something along those lines would be OK though.

The beginning of each and everything.
The end of time and space
The beginning of every end
The end of every place

What is this very common thing?
