Every once in a while you find a new forum around here. I got a million shots while traveling and missed the contest so I thought I'd throw one or two in a new thread to keep the good pics from other people coming!


First up, Collepietro, about an hour east of Rome, where my wife's Coppola and Di Scipio genes emigrated a hundred or so years ago. And some of the old ladies there knew who we were talking about...

This is the little village of Jelling in Denmark. It's claim to fame is that big pile of dirt, burial mound of King Gorm from a thousand years ago or so.

To get to the island of Mandø, just west of Ribe in western Denmark, you have to drive over this road. At low tide. And you'd better friggin' hurry. And have a good set of shock absorbers.

Got me a flickr account also. I will be in this forum a lot, so I might as well post pictures so that you don't have to scroll a half hour to see. Mucho pictures of Vegas to be posted here in May.

I've been to Vegas a couple times and I felt no compunction whatsoever to take pictures. :)
