I'm sorry,but if the folks advocating this proposal think for one second it's going to totally banish fighting,they're going to be sadly mistaken. And,I'd like to see them go into full-fledged crying mode if-assuming the proposal passes-one player severely injures another,and then the incident is played over and over on television and many stories are written about it-just like the Jonathan Roy incident was.
I'm not a fan of more fighting in the game,but I understand why it's there to begin with. And if it goes,I would not be surprised to see stickwork increase as a result.
