This could be perfect, they want Harvey and might have to move up to #11 to get him,
we want a WR and could easily get one at #26.

I definitely would NOT make that trade. You're going to lose Harvey, at least two of the WRs and probably at least two of the CBs as well.
You're left picking through the scraps.

WhatEVER you do, don't listen to Brandon. We already have a rapport.

Thats a big drop, 11 to 26, Jags better make worth their while. Swap first, second, fourth and a third in 09 seems to be the starting point, or third round this year second next year and Reggie Williams. I would listen to the Reggie Williams offer, he was coming on late last year, remember Eric Moulds took three years to develop.

I mentioned this already in another post http://www.buffalorange.com/showthread.php?p=1986161#post1986161
That is just what we need we could get their 2nd, our 3rd back, and their 6th in the trade.
That would be awesome trade, we could get a #2 WR like Thomas or Sweed, a top CB like Cason or Reggie Smith, and a top TE (Bennett), OC (Pollack) and DE (Ellis) in the first 3 rounds.

He's old, expensive, and would rather be dancing with the stars

Maybe, but he can help them make a push right now. And they are ready to win right now...

This is all just a big speculation. "growing belief". Pfft. Even if there was something to it, it might be just the Jaguars blowing smoke.

I think we will have a few offer to trade down on draft day.

Minnesota has similar needs, they need to leapfrog the Panthers, Cardinals, and Lions to make sure they get Harvey, and they're at position #17. Don't get me wrong; the more teams interested in trading up to position themselves to draft Derrick Harvey, the better for the Bills. Just pointing out there are other teams with better draft position who probably want Harvey. This is one reason why I have consistently said the naysayers are wrong this time and the Bills can easily trade down if they want to.

there are a number of teams also looking to trade up for OT, QB, and maybe RB.
