Here's a great example of comparing stocks...
Evergreen Solar ESLR
SunPower Corp SPWR
Suntech Power STP
All three are average target price as double current trading
ESLR 7.68
SPWR 58.79
STP 29.79 Current trading
How would you decide?
STP 114.6 M
SPWR 81.86M
ESLR -17.72M EBITDA
All three are overweight rated
Would the negative EBITDA be a bad sign for ESLR?
What is your take?

I had a post before the DB ate it. Basically, if you're going to buy any I'd go with FSLR as they are the only ones turning a profit.

Trey, I see first solar but this year I don't have the cake to make a significant move on that stock. I think the sector looks promising. Evergreen just filed for the sale of 20 million more shares to raise about 200 million. I did notice on them that they have a proprietary string ribbon technology for flexible solar panels.. Interesting.

Definitely an interesting sector that will take off even more, I just get weary of them since none are making $$$.

Never heard of it... I know Nanodynamics wanted to IPO in the United Arab Emirates but that didn't happen...

"Nanosolar has developed proprietary process technology that makes it possible to produce 100x thinner solar cells 100x faster. "

Reminds me of the EEstor. Gotta see it in mass production before I get excited.
