View Full Version : Only two teams necessary Mock Draft

1) Devin Thomas, WR, MSU
2) Aquib Talib, CB, Kansas
3) Kellen Davis, TE, MSU
4) Marcus Henry, WR, Kansas
5) Jehhu Caulcrick, FB, MSU
6) James McClinton, DT, Kansas
7) John Masters, OC, MSU
7) Jonal Saint-Dic, DE, MSU

Trade down from #11 if needed then trade back up into round 1 (or trade #11 for two 1sts) to snag Talib.

That's actually a seriously solid draft; esp rounds 1-5

Ralph, being so cheap and all, could have saved a bundle on scouts salaries if he saw this earlier. I would be very happy with that draft. K. Davis would be my least favorite of the bunch, but if the light goes on, and stays on, with him he could be a steal.

I also am really high on Henry.

Love affair with MSU huh?

I don't mind the draft. If we are trading down and getting Thomas that isn't bad, but I would rather take Sweed.

Talib won't fall into the 2nd. It's just not going to happen and we all have differing opinions, but I don't really like the idea of trading up anywhere in this draft and losing extra picks.

I think Henry is a good WR, but not enough to be a strong #2, so I would take Jordy a round earlier.

Also, Caulcrick is more of a running FB. Didn't Turk say he wanted to bring back the in-line blocking FB position?

An interesting and creative exercise and I applaud your effort.

it's realistic and shows the potential depth of this draft.

I like the Kansas picks. I just wish the other school was USC.

I will admit to being an idiot. I completely focused on the names and skimmed overall the actual purpose of the post.

My bad.

Aqib won't be around in the second round.

I didn't pick LSU because I don't think we got a shot at Dorsey. I didn't pick USC because they got top 3 talent.
