Hey since Florida is not doing a revote - does Hillary get the delegates or do they just not count?

so far they don't count.
but that can change if an agreement is reached by the candidates.

As JLB noted,they don't count since Florida broke the rules in setting their primary earlier than others. Michigan,too,is in the same boat.
The Republicans punished both states,too-they're holding back half the delegates.

So if they are holding back half where do they go? And is the other half still up for grabs or do they get thrown to the waste side ..... sorry my friend is an "askhole" and she is going on and on in my ear! hahahaha
