The game between the Buffalo Sabres and the Boston Bruins scheduled for March 30 at HSBC Arena will be played at 6 p.m., the Sabres announced today.

The game had been listed as a TBA because it was part of NBC's new "Game of the Week" flex scheduling option. The game featuring the New York Rangers at Pittsburgh Penguins has been selected as the NBC Game of the Week for that day, and will be shown at 3 p.m. on Channel 2.

The Sabres-Bruins game will be shown on MSG. A limited number of tickets are available, the team announced.

sheesh - so according to NBC's broadcasting schedule, there are exactly two teams in the league?

1) the shitty rangers.
2) the sidney crosbys.

I was thinking the same goddamn thing. Wouldn't it be sweet if at that time it was a game of 9 vs. 10 for the team to be closest but out of the playoffs?

**** 'em both.

Oh wait, Pens this time. I was thinking Philthy.

Watching the Rangers play is now like watching the Devils play.

They sit back and play 'team defense' because they blew all their cap money on players like Drury, Gomez and Shanahan who are talented offensive threats, but get the most credit for being good 'two-way' players. Meanwhile, their defense has about $0.25 invested in it.

Oh well...geographical location is more important than the quality of the game...

Besides, the Pens will smoke the Rags anyway.
