These aren't some pastors words. These are John McCain's words.

Renounce him as a racist TigerJ or Meathead, or I'm going to assume you are a racist hypocrite too.

And the author is absolutely 100 per cent correct when she claims gook is about the most offensive term you can call someone from an Asian country.

Is it ok to call a black American a n igger simply because it was Somalians - in other words blacks - who shot down the Blackhawks and killed American soldiers in that very same country?

C'mon you freaking hypocrites....I want a complete repudiation of McCain.

Judge McCain by the very same standards you try and judge Obama by and if you do, you'll notice how pathetically phony and transparent you guys really are.

John McCain told reporters, "I hated the gooks. I will hate them as long as I live." Although McCain said he was referring only to his prison guards, there are many reasons why his use of the word "gook" is offensive and alarming.

It is alarming because a major candidate for president publicly used a racial epithet, refused to apologize for doing so and remains a legitimate contender.

To the Asian American community, the term is akin to the racist word "n igger."

What makes this incident even more disturbing is how neither the media nor the other presidential candidates have highlighted that his use of a racist term is unacceptable. (what's true in 2000 is true in 2008)

This is also why I am so hurt by McCain's comment: He has reminded me that despite my commitment to serving my country, there are still some people in this country who would first perceive me as the enemy.
