Tomorrow (March 18). On that date in 1981, the Buffalo Sabres set an NHL record by scoring 9 goals in 1 (one) period versus Toronto. Just thought I'd pass it along.....

The final was 14-4 or something like that. I'd give anything for a copy of that game. I remember watching it live... it was something to behold! I also remember going to Toronto the day after for the sportsman show at the old CNE fairgrounds. Torontonians were walking around as if the city had been nuked. It was brilliant!
