It's to determine who's got the best logo in all of minor(and independent)league baseball.
Darren Rovell, who writes the Sports Biz blog for CNBC.com,has opened up the 2nd annual Minor League Baseball Logo contest...and the Jammers are in the competition, seeded #2. They're in competition tomorrow against the IL's Syracuse Chiefs.
Here's the link to the blog: http://www.cnbc.com/id/15837629/ .
So....vote early,and tell your friends!

The Iron Pigs a 15 seed? Is this guy nuts, they should be a one or two. And where is the Muckdogs, which is one of the best logos in baseball. But the Montgomery Biscuits should win they are the best.

They got smoked on Day 1....by the Casper Ghosts of the Pioneer League(who are affiliated with Colorado). And they WON last year.(Montgomery, that is.) As far as the Iron Pigs, there's a kinda similar-looking one...the Grand Prairie Air Hogs(which is,admittedly,a nice one).
Beats me why the 'Dogs aren't in the mix....maybe it has to do with their kinda lameduck status?
Akron was in the mix,but couldn't get out of the first round.
What surprised me is that the Connecticut Destroyers(one of the coolest logos around)are getting beaten(so far)by Trenton's logo for the Thunder.
