Did some research: There have been 9 previous leap year days since the inception of the Sabres. Of those 9 times the Sabres have played on LYD 4 times:

1st In '76 vs LA, Buf won 5-1
2nd was in '80 @ EDM, Buf won 4-2
2nd was in '84 @ CHI, Buf lost 4-3
3rd was in '92 @ Pit, Bufa lost 5-2

So 2-2 on LYD. lets make it 3-2 or we may have to wait a while to improve our recod.
