1) McCain was not born on US soil as defined by states or territories.
2) McCain will probably face this issue, if elected, prior to certification by the Senate, or risk the Senate not certifying him.
3) Thus, McCain will have standing for the Supreme Court to rule, most likely, in his favor.
4) Therefore, those who are born on US military bases will be considered eligible.
5) The US has military bases in the Middle East, where Muslims who want to kill us live, some of whom may have been born on a US military base.
6) Thus, Al Qaeda is now eligible to run for President, thanks to McCain.
