It's hard to judge when you played beat NW and then beat OSU at home but so far so good. It was good timing you had a soft spot in the sched for the players to get adjusted to life w/o Kelvin. I am very interested to see what this team can do in March.

I think that mentally they are one of the strongest teams in the country at this point. There isn't a team in the entire country who has dealt with the adversity they have this year. They had to play Kentucky without Basset and Eric Gordon and destroyed them. They had to go into Illinois and face the Eric Gordon recruiting saga head on (if you saw that game and the atmosphere you'd know what I was talking about). And finally hey have dealt with losing their father figure coach with only a handful of games left before the tournament.

I think they are gonna have a hard time winning in East Lansing Saturday but they might surprise me.

They are a legit Elite 8 team and maybe a Final 4 team.

The problem w/ IU is they haven't really beaten anybody. Their only 2 wins against upper echelon teams came at hom(MSU and Purdue). In the non conf their best win was Ga tech or UK and that isn't impressive this year,, they got beat up by Xavier, lost to UConn at home. I like them, I think they have the abilityt to go deep but they haven't been beaten enough good teams to be totally convinced. Let's see what happens these next couple of weeks.

Well earlier in the year I'd agree with that and to an extent I still do but I think they are just now starting to play their best ball. DJ White is a MONSTER on the inside and Basset i finally having an impact again. He kind of went AWOL for a month and a half. Jordan Crawford is one of the best unkown freshman in the country. I think they are going to go deep into the tourney.
