the leafs played a very good defensive game, they matched ottawa perfectly/ i can't remember ottawa getting many good scoring opportunites and they definitely didn't get any odd man rushes. cujo stood tall and mccauley continued to impress.

It was a good game. The Leafs plaued well, but Cujo came up big all the credit to him. I think Ottawa was the better team last night, but they couldn't beat Cujo. I can't believe I'm saying this but Cory Cross was a big help on the blue line.

In games like that though, Player, they have to keep their impartiality. If the ref doesn't like the barking over a call, he should give him an unsp. misc. You can't let personal feelings or past encounters affect your ability to call a good game. That's bush league, IMO.

BTW, onlt saw Coach's Corner. Maybe I'l miss all the Leafs games. lol.

I agree the ref should be impartial but come on if someone was telling me that I do my job poorly and constantly yell at me, I'm not going to give them any breaks and will go out of my way to make the suffer.
